Feng-Shui, pronounced as ‘Fung
– shway’; is an ancient, yet universal
art of placement.
Feng-shui is not a belief system, nor has it to do
anything with religion. It is a pure and proven science.
In the words of the world renowned Feng – Shui
Grand Master, Lillian Too (my guru), Feng-Shui deals
with the tapping of good energy, and balancing and
harmonizing it to bring one; better relationships,
wealth, health and prosperity. It is about creating
a more healthy and harmonious environment for living
and working which leads to prosperity.

Ease of Implementation
Feng –Shui rectifications are done on the basis
of proper placements of the five elements. (Fire,
Metal, Earth, Water and Wood). Symbolic Feng –Shui
is also as important as Basic Feng –Shui. Flying
star Feng –Shui is a detailed and advanced form
of Feng –Shui, which ensures much faster results

Some External factors
:-

Take care that there is no big tree, lamppost etc. obstructing (in front of) your main entrance.

House facing a T-shaped road (junction) is bad feng – shui.
-
House located at a dead end causes problems to the inhabitants because; chi (energy) is stagnated in the area.

A house located near a dump site, cemetery (burial ground) etc. will get affected by bad chi.
-
An irregular or round shaped plot for the building is never recommended.
-
Sharp corners from another buildings which points at your front door; acts as a poisonous arrow.
- Trees and shrubs too close to the building / house
should be regularly trimmed, so that it doesn’t
inhibit the flow of positive energy into the house.

A fence / compound wall shouldn’t be built higher than the house.
- Too many plants in the South West of your garden
is not advised; where as healthy plants in the South
East is highly recommended for wealth luck.
A few Internal factors :-

Do not place your toilets in important areas of your home like the wealth, relationship, career and fame sectors.

Keep in mind that your stairway and dining table shouldn’t be seen from the main entrance as this drains away your money.

The main entrance and other windows / doors should not be in a row.
- Try to bring in a complete rectangular floor plan
to avoid any ‘missing areas’. By ‘missing’
certain areas of your home / building, your health,
wealth, relationship, career and conception lucks
will be at a risk; to mention a few.

Do not place mirrors in your bedroom, reflecting the bed.

No water or water picture is recommended in the bedroom.

Computers in the bedroom should be properly covered after use.
-
A straight path (opening) through the house from the front door to the back door is not favorable.

Mr. James; a college lecturer, came to see me one day. His sunken eyes and pale face betrayed his inner grieves. He lived in a rented house at Cochin. Debts had drowned his family consisting his wife and three little children. After my graduation, I was doing my interior designing course then, and was not seriously into consulting Feng–Shui. So, it was actually due to his compulsion that I went to his home.

.I did the basic Feng – Shui and flying star calculation of the house. The toilet was located in his wealth sector, and he had a couple of very bad flying star combinations in his home. He had his head positioned towards his Chueh Ming (worst) direction. Though minor, twenty-five appropriate changes were suggested and marked in his home plan.. He kept the pictures of all the things he wished on his ‘Wish Wall’; including a car, a mansion, money etc. other flying star and basic remedies were done which included activating water, placing plants, earthern pots etc. He was very weak psychologically; so I also gave him a few tips on meditation and visualization. Mr.James was very keen on placing all the recommended things within two or three days.
He patiently waited for the results. A month passed with no Feng-Shui answer. Due to his pathetic financial plight; he had only paid me half the consultation fee. One day he rang me and told; “Madam, I did all the things what you mentioned; but I see no change. Would it be wrong if I ask you to re-imburse the money I had given you?! I am in such a tragic stage!” I knew his situation, so I told him there was no problem in helping him in a way that I could. But I assured him that he would definitely have the results. I had many bright faces of my clients in my mind; whose lives totally changed after a consultancy.
Still another month passed by and again I saw Mr. James at my doorstep. But this time, I saw a new James with a beaming face. “A miracle happened in my life! A plot of land, which I had in the suburbs of the city, was sold at a fortune amount! The owner next to my area helplessly needed that. I have started with the construction of a new big house and have already bought a car. We also have a cool amount as our bank balance.You have saved our lives!”. After sharing his happiness and obligation; he left us with sparkling eyes and a warm heart. Before leaving; he lended me an envelope. I opened it to see some currencies. Ya! It was the balance amount and much more of my consultation fees! How mysterious are God’s Feng-Shui ways!
This happened seven years back. After working as an Interior designer and Feng-Shui consultant in India and Dubai; now I have taken Feng-Shui as my profession. Though there are plenty of thankful and pleasing hearts around me; Mr. James’ revival into a happy and blissful personality is still a very fond memory. |

How does Feng –Shui work for us?
|
Undoubtedly there are energy forces in our environment (the electro magnetic waves) that is unseen, yet prevailing over our lives. The living chi (energy) of the natural environment has the power to nurture us or to destroy us. When we succeed in blending harmoniously with it, we succeed in enhancing our quality of life. This is the practice of Feng –Shui; tapping into the good chi – the luck of the Earth.
The study of Feng –Shui started nearly 3,000 years back in ancient China. Today its practice has spread to all corners of the world bringing immense benefits and enhancement to people of all walks of life.
Implementing Feng –Shui in
our daily life, leads to quick changes in our living
standards. Positive changes in our family and business
life is seen within weeks (nine days to nine weeks)
after consultancy.
Feng–Shui will not change your
fate or destiny completely. Feng - Shui should not
be practiced with this unrealistic expectation. But,
be sure that your work will increase and thus your
income level rises above expectation.
Through Feng–Shui, you can lessen the impact
of the misfortunes encountered and thus making problems
easier to bear. More interesting is that, Feng –Shui
also promises the ability to enhance the magnitude
